The 10th annual Holiday Market, Style Show and Dinner was held Monday evening, November 2, 2015 at the Yoakum Community Center. The Dewitt-Lavaca Aggie Moms’ club would like to thank HEB one of our generous sponsors that help us host such a wonderful evening.
Thirty-seven tables were decorated with a variety of themes, including Christmas, Thanksgiving, “Shabby Chic”, Fiesta, and Western. Approximately 360 guests enjoyed an evening of socializing and shopping with 25 local vendors. There was also a silent auction as well as a raffle of a beautiful maroon A&M Bench, crafted by Kaspar Custom Fab, and donated by the Kaspar Companies; Don, David, Douglas, and Dan. Socializing and shopping were followed by a delicious dinner served by Aggies.
The highlight of the evening was a performance by the Aggie Wranglers, best known for their country and western dance style, concluding the night with a fabulous style show representing 9 local vendors. All proceeds from this successful event help fund scholarships for area high school graduates planning to attend Texas A&M University.
